Independent and individualistic, living by the inspiration of intuition. Intuitive insights feel so valid to them that it is hard to understand why others don’t accept them as easily. The independence isn’t always obvious, because they value harmony — so they persuade rather than impose. Leadership by winning people over, not by imposition.
