Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect only what each product needs to work:

• Waitlist: your email address.
• Personality tests (Tipologia Junguiana, Eneagrama, Apego, Big Five, Deuses & Deusas, Valores, Estilo Cognitivo, Jung Profundo): your answers to each test. No account is required, and we do not ask for your name to take them.
• Mapping products: interview audio and its transcripts; materials you choose to upload (texts, videos); social media handles you explicitly authorize us to review; and prior test results you decide to share with us.

Beyond the first-party usage analytics described below, we do not collect anything from your devices or accounts beyond what you actively provide or authorize.

Usage analytics (first-party)

To understand how the product is used and to improve it, we record basic usage events — pages viewed, a test started or completed, a result shared. These events stay in our own database: we do not use third-party analytics services, and we do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Each visitor is tagged with a random identifier stored locally in your browser — not a cookie, and not a device fingerprint — so the data is pseudonymous. If you are signed in, your account identifier is associated so we can recognize returning use. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service (LGPD art. 7, IX), balanced against your rights. You can clear this identifier at any time by clearing your browser’s local storage.

How we use your data

Your data is used for one purpose: building your map. That involves AI processing by third-party model providers operating under contract with us, and review by human specialists bound by confidentiality obligations.

Your data is never sold. It is never used to train public AI models.

Legal bases (LGPD art. 7)

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (art. 7, I) and the execution of the contract between us (art. 7, V). Because mapping involves psychological profile data — which may constitute sensitive personal data — that processing happens only with your explicit consent, as required by LGPD art. 11.

Your rights (LGPD art. 18)

At any time, you may request:

• access to the data we hold about you;
• correction of incomplete or outdated data;
• anonymization of your data;
• portability to another provider;
• deletion of your data;
• revocation of your consent.

Two of these you can exercise yourself, immediately, from your account: access and portability (“Baixar meus dados” downloads everything we hold about you — a readable document plus an interoperable JSON copy), and deletion of your interviews and everything derived from them. The exported document also states what it does not include, and why.

For any other request — correction, anonymization, deletion of data beyond the interviews, or revoking consent — email contact@pantheons.me. We respond within the timeframes set by the LGPD and the ANPD. If you can no longer sign in, email us and we will handle both the export and the deletion for you.

Retention

Quiz results are kept so that shareable result links keep working. Mapping data (interviews, transcripts, uploaded materials) is kept for the duration of the service plus 6 months, after which it is deleted — or earlier, at any moment, if you request deletion.

International transfer (LGPD art. 33)

Some processing — including AI processing by our model providers — may occur on servers located outside Brazil. When it does, the transfer happens under adequate safeguards as permitted by LGPD art. 33, including contractual clauses requiring a level of protection equivalent to Brazilian law.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we process your data will be communicated to affected users by email when we have one on record.
