Shadow Integration

Facing what you reject in yourself — instead of projecting it onto others.

Facing what you reject in yourself — instead of projecting it onto others.

When high

You have made peace with sides of yourself you were once ashamed of. When something in someone else irritates you, you suspect it lives in you too — and that honesty gives you a rare strength.

In the middle

You partly recognize your shadow: sometimes you face what you reject, sometimes you still project it onto the world outside. The integration is halfway there.

When low

What you condemn in others probably still operates, unnamed, inside you. There is gold hidden there — the work begins when you stop pushing the shadow outward.

This is a result of this lens — not a destiny. In the crossing, it gains or loses relief as the other eleven lenses agree with it or pull against it.
