Enjoys organizing a project’s facts, situations and options. Makes systematic efforts to reach goals on time. Little patience with confusion and inefficiency; can be tough and inflexible when the situation calls for it.
Believes behavior should be grounded in logic, and applies that to themselves. Has well-defined rules, and any change in their own behavior requires a deliberate change in those rules.
