Reliable, with complete respect for facts. Absorbs, remembers and uses a great many facts, with care for accuracy. When they see that something must be done, they accept responsibility far beyond what is required. Likes things clear, black and white.
Emotional reactions are often vivid and intense, but rarely shown. Seems calm and secure in a crisis, and only up close do you see the personal point of view behind the façade.
Systematic, persevering, hardworking, able to take every detail and every rule into account. That perseverance steadies everything. Tends to commit impulsively, but once committed, is not easily discouraged.
Risk: judging others by the standard of their own logic. Can dominate less assertive people. Needs to learn to use perception (not just thinking) to understand others.
