Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Pantheons — including the personality tests, the mapping products, the Sombra companion, and any related page or service (together, the “Service”) — you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These terms work together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data under the LGPD (Lei nº 13.709/2018).

What Pantheons is

Pantheons offers self-knowledge instruments: structured personality tests, a synthesized map of your profile, and an AI companion that reflects it back to you. The results are intended for reflection and personal insight.

The Service is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a diagnosis. It does not replace care from a qualified professional. If you are in distress or need support, seek a licensed practitioner.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service on your own behalf. Minors may use it only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms for them. We do not knowingly process the data of children without the appropriate legal basis under the LGPD.

Your account

The tests can be taken without an account. For features that save and combine your results, you may create an account through our authentication provider. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service to harm, harass, deceive, or profile other people without their knowledge and consent;
• submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you have no right to share;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or circumvent the security or access controls of the Service;
• resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or its outputs without our written permission.

Your content and the license you grant

You keep ownership of the materials you provide — test answers, interview audio and transcripts, uploads, and anything you choose to share. To operate the Service and build your map, you grant us a limited, revocable license to store and process that content for that purpose, as described in the Privacy Policy. We never sell your data and never use it to train public AI models.

Our content and intellectual property

The Service itself — its taxonomy, questions, scoring, written interpretations, design, and software — belongs to Pantheons and is protected by intellectual property law. Your personal results are yours to read, save, and share; the underlying instruments are not licensed for reuse without our permission.

Plans and payments

Parts of the Service are free; others may require a paid plan. When a plan is offered, its price, scope, and renewal terms are shown before you confirm. Consumer rights guaranteed by Brazilian law, including the Código de Defesa do Consumidor, are preserved regardless of anything in these terms.

Availability and changes

We may add, change, or discontinue features of the Service over time. We try to keep the Service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service or from decisions you make based on its outputs. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Brazilian law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your data at any time. We may suspend or end access that violates these terms or the law. Provisions that by their nature should survive — such as intellectual property and liability — remain in effect after termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the user’s domicile, as protected by the Código de Defesa do Consumidor.
