The Loyalist lives with the radar on: what if it goes wrong? Their vigilance anticipates problems no one else has seen — which makes them the best risk manager in the room and the worst enemy of their own sleep.
The same motivation produces two faces: the phobic, who seeks protection, and the counterphobic, who confronts danger head-on. In both, the engine is the same — securing solid ground.
At their best, they find security within: they trust their own judgment and ease their vigilance. Under pressure, they perform frantic competence so they don’t have to face the fear.
